Hello from Paul Jarvis, Commercial Director
Hello, I’m Paul, Commercial Director at the Together Trust, and I’m delighted that you’re considering joining us as our new Associate Director of Strategic Finance. At the Together Trust, finance is about far more than numbers. It is about creating the confidence to invest, the insight to make better decisions, and the financial resilience to change lives. The Associate Director of Strategic Finance is an evolution of our senior finance leadership - building on strong foundations while significantly increasing our focus on strategic insight, forward planning, investment, business intelligence and transformation. You won’t simply be telling us what has happened. You will help us decide what happens next.
I’m looking for someone who combines outstanding financial expertise with curiosity, ambition, and commercial thinking. Someone who can see the bigger picture, ask the difficult questions and bring people with them. And someone who will lead with the compassion, collaboration and courage that we expect of leaders across the Together Trust. Most importantly, I want someone who understands that behind every forecast, investment decision, business case, and financial model, is something much more important - the lives and opportunities of the people we are here to support. I look forward to meeting you.
