Together Trust is one of the North West’s leading disability charities. For over 150 years, the charity has championed change and created opportunities for disabled, neurodivergent and care-experienced people. Today, it provides person-centred education, care, therapy and support, helping people to live with choice and dignity, achieve their ambitions and thrive within their communities.
About Together Trust
For over 150 years, the Trust has been championing change, creating opportunities and improving lives. Together Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees, all of whom volunteer their time to support the charity. The Board set the charity strategy and work with the leadership teams to shape direction and budgets.
Award winning care and support
Together Trust began its work all the way back in 1870, when the charity was set up to care for vulnerable children in need of support across the Manchester and Salford areas. Over 150 years later, it has expanded and shaped its services to fit the people it works with. Across over 40 services in the North West, Together Trust now deliver individual care, support and education services for thousands of disabled, neurodivergent, and care-experienced people each year.
